Simply hold the launcher in one hand, attach the thick elastic cord around the hook on your rocket, pull back, and let it rip. The rockets make a screaming whistle sound as they fly through the air. The rockets feature a soft foam head and foam fins on a plastic body and measure 11" long. Great for hours of outdoor fun!
